Alison Scull will be delivering the interactive talk which takes place on DATE.  Alison joined the VCMS in July 2022. Prior to joining Alison had over 20 years’ experience of working within the veterinary industry in both clinical and non-clinical roles.

Her most recent role was working for a large referral hospital within a veterinary university dealing with escalated client and stakeholder complaints. Alison has worked for many years with colleagues from the RCVS and VDS to bring client concerns to a close. With her vast experience in complaint resolution Alison has thrived on exploring mediation as a solution to resolving complaints. She has a passion for delivering excellent customer service to both clients and veterinary industry colleagues.

Alison also brings to the VCMS her qualifications in bereavement support and veterinary mental health awareness and takes much reward in being able to support people through difficult times.

We hope that all have an enjoyable and welcoming congress and look forward to sharing our insights and meeting you all. For more information on any of our training or services, contact the VCMS via 0345 040 5834 or via enquiries@vetmediation.co.uk
