BVA and BVBA Publish Post-Lockdown Advice

The British Veterinary Association (BVA) and British Veterinary Behaviour Association (BVBA) have jointly produces guidance for animal owners as we move out of lockdown.

Many pet owners and their pets have enjoyed more time together during lockdown. With restrictions easing, many of us are looking for guidance on how we can help our animals (as well as ourselves) re-adjust to the easing of restrictions and spending less time at home. This can produce a number of challenges for our pets.

Owners may feel they and their pets need support and wish to discuss any concerns with their veterinary practice. This useful guide provides some practical and insightful information which may help.

Read the guidance here: BSAVA and BCBA behavioural advice for pet owners and veterinary professionals

Please also visit the BVA website which provides a host of useful information on pet health, what you need to be aware of when contacting your vet and when your animal needs treatment.
