The session will look at complaint resolution, providing some guidance on avoiding complaints escalating and explaining how mediation can assist.

Importantly the session will introduce some early insight gained during the Veterinary Client Mediation service and explain what the service has to offer for Veterinary Professionals, practices and animal owners.
